The proposed project is located at the corner of El Camino and Millbrae Avenue. The mixed-use proposal features a Hotel, Office, and Retail Promenade. The Retail Promenade spans from El Camino Real to the steps of the Station providing a vibrant mix of shops and restaurants. The project also features a Grand Plaza along El Camino allowing for abundant open space and venues for community and recreational activities. We aim to partner with the Millbrae community to deliver an award-winning project which will generate millions annually for the Millbrae community.
Reasons to support Millbrae Station
- The Retail Promenade : The Retail Promenade allows for a variety of retail choice’s while providing a vibrant mix of shops and restaurants. Residents and commuters will experience an active paseo where the community can relax, shop, and socialize.
- The Grand Plaza: The Grand Plaza located along El Camino creates new public open space available for civic and recreational activities which may include live music, outdoor classes, food vendors, and alike. The Grand Plaza will become the perfect open space to enjoy a nice view and relax while waiting for transportation.
- Pedestrian Safety: From its inception, the project was contemplated from the perspective of improving pedestrian safety around the Millbrae Station. The project delivers new pedestrian, bike, and transit paths for the community. The project also responds to the community needs for safety across El Camino Real. The project includes a protected crosswalk at Chadbourn Avenue which provides the much-needed safety improvement for the Millbrae community. Pedestrians will finally have a safe connection through the Retail Promenade, across El Camino Real, to Chadbourne Avenue.
- Revenue for the Community: The mixed-use project will generate millions to the community it will serve through a variety of revenue sources including transit occupancy tax, property tax, and land lease income.
